Logistics Manager

Manage day-to-day logistics operations, routing, vendor/driver coordination, SLA adherence, cost and delivery performance. Key Responsibilities: • Plan dispatch and vehicle utilization • Coordinate drivers, vendors and operations team • Track deliveries, exceptions and SLA • Control logistics cost and productivity • Maintain MIS and performance reports • Resolve operational escalations Ideal Candidate: Hands-on operations manager who can control dispatch, people, cost and service levels. Preferred Background: 3PL, e-commerce, courier, last-mile, warehousing, transport or supply chain Education: Graduate; supply chain/logistics qualification preferred Languages: Hindi + English Shift / Travel: Operational shifts may apply; local travel as required
