Key Account Manager (KAM) – Regional Language Location: Gurgaon, Sector 69 Salary: Up to depending on experience & previous salary) Languages Required: Kannada / Tamil / Telugu

* Graduate in any discipline. * Excellent communication skills in the required regional language + Hindi/English. * 1+ year of experience in KAM, Customer Success, Retention, Telesales, or related roles preferred. * Good negotiation and relationship-management skills. * Comfortable working from the Gurgaon office.

* Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers. * Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. * Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. * Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Handle GPS/tracking-related customer requirements and queries. * Follow up with customers for renewals and upselling opportunities. * Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
