Field Sales Manager

Drive field sales in assigned territory, manage daily productivity, build local pipeline and ensure target achievement. Key Responsibilities: • Plan daily field activity and territory coverage • Generate and convert leads • Meet customers/partners and close business • Track team/individual productivity • Maintain CRM and sales reports • Support onboarding and relationship management Ideal Candidate: Target-driven field sales professional with strong local market knowledge and ability to manage daily execution. Preferred Background: Fintech, lending, real estate, insurance, logistics, telecom, merchant acquisition or direct sales Education: Graduate preferred Languages: Hindi/English + local language preferred Shift / Travel: Day shift; extensive local travel
