Collection Executive

Follow up with customers for overdue payments, secure payment commitments and maintain accurate collection records. Key Responsibilities: • Contact assigned customers for dues • Explain payment amount/timeline • Obtain and follow up on PTP • Record collection disposition • Escalate difficult cases • Meet recovery and productivity targets Ideal Candidate: Persistent and process-oriented collection caller comfortable with targets and customer negotiation. Preferred Background: BPO, banking, NBFC, fintech, telecom or recovery operations Education: 12th pass / Graduate Languages: Hindi; basic English preferred Shift / Travel: Office-based
