- MBA in Marketing or Business Administration (Mandatory). - 3–4 years of relevant marketing or business development experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. - Professional conversational and client-handling skills. - Experience in lead management and client acquisition. - Ability to conduct meetings and business presentations. - Good knowledge of sales and marketing strategies. - Target-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
