Tele Collection Executive

Contact customers for overdue payments, negotiate repayment commitments, record outcomes and meet collection targets within compliant practices. Key Responsibilities: • Call customers on assigned delinquency bucket • Explain overdue amount and payment options • Negotiate promise-to-pay commitments • Follow up on due commitments • Update disposition and notes accurately • Follow collection policy and compliance Ideal Candidate: Firm but professional communicator with negotiation ability and discipline in collection follow-ups. Preferred Background: Banking, NBFC, fintech, telecom, collections, recovery, contact centre or loan servicing Education: 12th pass / Graduate Languages: Hindi + English Shift / Travel: Calling role; no regular travel
