Team Lead - Collection

Manage a collection calling team, allocate accounts, track productivity/PTP/recovery and coach agents while ensuring compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Allocate cases and daily targets • Track calls, PTP, kept PTP and recovery • Conduct huddles and coaching • Handle escalations • Maintain collection MIS • Ensure script/policy/compliance adherence Ideal Candidate: Collection team leader with strong bucket knowledge, metrics ownership and agent coaching capability. Preferred Background: Banking, NBFC, fintech, telecom, collection agency or contact centre Education: Graduate preferred Languages: Hindi + English Shift / Travel: Office-based
