Inside Sales Manager

Lead inside-sales execution, manage calling funnel and team productivity, coach reps and deliver conversion/revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: • Manage inside sales team and daily targets • Review leads, calls, follow-ups and conversion • Coach team on pitch and objection handling • Monitor CRM hygiene and sales MIS • Forecast closures and revenue • Coordinate with marketing/operations Ideal Candidate: Sales team leader who can improve call productivity, conversion and pipeline discipline. Preferred Background: Telesales, SaaS, edtech, fintech, logistics, BPO sales, insurance or consumer internet Education: Graduate; MBA preferred Languages: Hindi + English Shift / Travel: Office-based; minimal travel
